The hotel is located in a great spot with many attractions and good places to hang out within walking distance. The staff was very courteous and made me feel at home. The hotel facilities were great, from the lobby to the rooms. Cleanliness was spot on.

Great location close to local attractions and restaurants. Wonderful and friendly staff made my romantic escape truly unforgettable. The facilities were top-notch and the breakfast was delicious. A wide range of toiletries was provided, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
The bed was on the firmer side, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. The bathroom area had a persistent odor that could not be completely eliminated even with open windows and doors.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided us with a complete guide of the area and helped us book tours and reservations. The front desk girls, Victoria, Sara, and Svetlana, were particularly exceptional. The room was elegant and spacious, with a lovely balcony and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with different options each morning. The free wifi was fast and accessible throughout the entire room.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is perfect, situated on a wide street on the edge of the "tourist precinct.

We had a late check-in, but the hotel staff was efficient and got us to our room quickly. The room was spacious and well-stocked with water and a minibar. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short distance from the Cascades. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, exhausted from my journey. The staff at Imperial Palace Hotel were helpful and efficient in checking me in quickly and ensuring I had everything I needed. They even escorted me to my room, a nice touch. Throughout my stay, the staff were always available to assist with any queries or requests, and they did so with a friendly and professional attitude.
